In a Constant State of Improvement

1. Keep your hands off of your face.

2. Drink a glass of water each morning before doing anything.

3. Keep a skin care rountine morning and night.

4. Floss twice a day.

5. Eat more fruit and veggies.

6. Excercise each day.

7. Meditate in the morning and right before bedtime.

8. Start doing yoga in the mornings.

9. Start eating breakfast each morning.

9. Start being an early bird and never be late.

10. Be more mindful of other people and their efforts.

11. Be kind and be forgiving.

12. Be appreciative.

13. Try working on communication within your personal relationships.

14. Be more creative. Paint something at least once a month and photograph the moments that mean the most to you.

15. Start cooking at least a couple things during the week.

16. Write your heart out. Try a short story or maybe a poem.

17. Spend more time with your dog and train him.

18. Spend less time in front of the tv.

19. Spend more time reading books.

20. Try to stay organized.

21. Keep your plants alive.

22. Continue to search for your passion.

23. Travel more often.

24. Learn how to save money and budget.

25. Contantly be aware of your suroundings.

26. Focus on having better posture and sleeping on your back.

27. Stop poisining your body with drugs and alcohol. If you must stick to red wine and weed.
